2. Products
Krystal Horoscope sells digital astrology and relationship guides in PDF format.
Our products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
The guides are intended for entertainment, personal reflection and general informational purposes. They do not guarantee specific relationship outcomes and do not replace professional advice.
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
Product listings on our website are invitations to place an order and do not constitute binding offers.
By completing the checkout and clicking the final payment button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product.
A purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by confirmation email or provide access to the purchased digital content, whichever occurs first.
You can review and correct your order information before submitting your order.
The contract language is English.
4. Prices and Payment
The applicable price is displayed during checkout before you submit your order.
For supplies covered by the German small-business VAT exemption under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no German VAT is charged or separately shown. Any taxes legally applicable to other transactions will be displayed at checkout where required.
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered during checkout.
5. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, your purchased PDF is made available electronically, normally through a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
Delivery generally begins automatically after the order is processed.
Please ensure that your email address is correct. If you have trouble accessing your download, contact krystalhoroscope@gmail.com.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may expire once delivery begins if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged the resulting loss of your withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected where the requirements for expiry of the withdrawal right have not been met.
7. Usage Rights and Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the PDF for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially reproduce the PDF without our prior written permission.
All intellectual property rights remain with their respective rights holders.
8. Defective Digital Content
Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content apply without restriction.
If your file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and in other cases where liability cannot legally be excluded.
For other breaches of essential contractual obligations caused by ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract, to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available through our website.
11. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.
