Krystal Horoscope – Digital Products
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, such as an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.
2. Immediate Delivery of Digital Content
Our products are digital PDF downloads and are not supplied on a physical medium.
If you expressly consent to receiving your digital content before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and the legally required confirmation has been provided, your statutory right of withdrawal expires when delivery of the digital content begins.
If these legal requirements have not been fulfilled, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
4. Defective Digital Products
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected by this policy.
