Digital Delivery Policy

Krystal Horoscope sells exclusively digital products. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

After successful payment, your purchased PDF guide will be made available for download on the order confirmation page. A separate email containing your download link will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Digital delivery usually takes place within a few minutes. Occasionally, there may be a short technical delay.

If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam folder and contact us at krystalhoroscope@gmail.com. Include your order number so we can assist you.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
